Nous sommes souvent invités à justifier notre parcours professionnel, des trous dans un CV, des suites non logiques, bref ... ce parcours atypique qui nous colle aux baskets et si nous en faisions une force? Si la justification était juste le temps que les moeurs changent, que les recruteurs prennent conscience de la richesse de ces différents postes et pauses et qu'une carrière linéaire soit une carrière atypique?
